A nice summation of my own feelings. Bam Boy got his start here and never would have gained the financial support for his initail endeavors were it not for his stint at Commander’s Palace.
Build an Empire on New Orleans style and then tell your huge audience New Orleans will never come back? I will never again spend money at one of your establishments and may well organize some picketers….

Boycott, hell. Tomorrow, I need to run to the grocey. So, I get a cart, and dump all of Emeril’s crap it in. Then I go hide it in the Whole Food department, behind the buckweat mix. Yeah, I bet they sell tons of that crap.
Repeat as necessary until they stop carrying Emeril’s stuff cause their computers tell them they’re not selling any.
Then, drop by B&N. Go to cookbook section. Move Emeril to Auto & Home Repairs aisle.
I never much liked his damn show anyway. He’s one step up from Rachel Ray. If they both contracted botulism, television programing would be vasty improved.
