Halliburton Detention Camps??? Political Subversives??

Apr 24, 2006 by

Okay, I am a well know critic of the current administration, thats a given. Especially as a native of New Orleans. This, however, far exceeds anything I expected to see in my near future.

“Halliburton Detention Camps for Political Subversives

In another shining example of modern day corporate fascism, it was announced recently that Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root had been awarded a $385 million dollar contract by Homeland Security to construct detention and processing facilities in the event of a national emergency.

The language of the preamble to the agreement veils the program with talk of temporary migrant holding centers, but it is made clear that the camps will also be used “as the development of a plan to react to a national emergency.”

Discussions of federal concentration camps is no longer the rhetoric of paranoid Internet conspiracy theorists, it is mainstream news.”

Go read the whole thing. It is scary as hell and something we should all press the mainstream media to focus on. Criminal negligence almost killed my family and city, fascicm can kill us all. (And BTW, if this is utter BS please prove it. I want someone to prove it, I fear no one will…)

You are not being paranoid. I’ve seen aerial photos of sites around the country that resemble the what this Press Release refers to.

    Eternal vigilence folks!

What source are you citing and where are they being built?

  3. The source is the article linked within the post as well as the articles and documents it links to.

I have not had time to research this myself and am buried for at least two more weeks due to huge workload. Any info you come up with to contribute is surely welcome.
