Loki, on my recent trip to NOLA a fried took me to Lakeview and St. Barnards Parish. The devestation was immense and amazing. Still NOLA-folk are a population with amazing humour, wit and perseverance. I saw banners stating “ALLSTATE PAID $10,489 on claim for this house. I saw a person directly across from the 17th Street Canal breech sodding their lawn. Or trying to…
The things that can be seen in NOLA now-a-days HAVE to be seen. They cannot be described in words. Until one sees them…it doesn’t make sense to the brain, how something like this can happen.
