To my brother,my friend KUFARU
You were always willing, and at times when you could not be there in the flesh you were there in spirits. I thank the Creator for the honor of knowing you talking with you and sharing musical vibrations with you ,you always brought in your rythms that special connection from the motherland.
May Love & Peace be with your spirit Eternally. When I play there will always be a place in the music for your spirit and I’m sure everyone who made music with you and felt your rythms share these feelings also.

What can I say about Koof!!! He was the first percussionist that I met when I started to play out in the city. He gave me encouragement,training, freindship, guidance, a great party from time to time and a solid freindship that I will never forget Kufaru is the New Orleans French Quarter Music Scene and managed to take it internationally as well. Peace, Love and my deepest prayers for him and his family.
