Subpeonas are being issued in Boston, Mass. The collapsing tunnel we have heard about in the news has now been designated a crime scene and the words being used are “negligent,” and “homocide.”

Anyway…I really wish this could be used as a precendent, but, alas, the ACoE is still working under that immunity clause…even though that only applies to flood control projects, not navigation projects (like MRGO).
