US Governement Budget (Excell File) – FEMA Disaster Recovery is rated as follows in the new budget. “Planning 75%, Management 86%, Results 33%, Rating: Adequate” Now am I the only one who thinks that these ratings are a bit high? Adequate? My creole ass it was adequate!
