Maitri-monial Announcement
Now that the event itself is safely in the past (I even waited an hour just in case) it is my pleasure to inform you all that the lovely and talented Maitri has been officially taken off the market. At noon (eastern time) today she and D got married in a traditional Indian (dots not feathers as she put it) ceremony in Pennsylvania. My condolences to her fans and stalkers. The terrible twosome are then off to NYC for a much needed Honeymoon and then will be returning to New Orleans.
After their return much red wine will be consumed in the company of friends. I am handling the details.

Finally the word gets out!
I’m giving her a huge bottle of nice white wine as a wedding present.
Hurray! She and D met us at the BERG after-party where my husband and D got along famously. She, meanwhile, was laughingly saying that she was going to look like a Hindi Rock Star in her red sari and more gold than Ft. Knox has in their vaults.
