A New Show in Town

Calme au Blanc opened last night to a tiny but appreciative house at the Big Top Gallery up on Clio Street. Louie Crowder’s original play describes the disintegration of an unconventional family unit in the face of post-Katrina stresses.
It is beautifully performed by a cast of four. With a ten-minute intermission, it lasts an hour-and-fifty-minutes. Tickets are $10.00 for students, $15.00 in advance, and $20.00 at the door. It’s more than worth it.
Come on, people. It’s got a hot chick, three guys, and a bed.
