I don't know what all the fuss is about. The NOPD is doing a great job! You talk about how they let criminals roam free on the streets of New Orleans, but they are overworked. Give the Boys In Blue a break. I know this for a fact because the NOPD took me to jail recently. You see, I had a warrant out for my arrest in Jefferson Parish for a traffic citation that fell through the cracks of my mind way back in 1998. Yup. Three of New Orleans Finest took all of two hours to detain and arrest me for a ten fucking year old parking violation! So you see, the system slowly and inexorably works. So a few murderers and pushers are wandering around... big deal. The NOPD is keeping your parking spaces safe. Priorities, man!
