I am reflecting back to your previous post, Loki, regarding the Janitor Who Parties on Evidence, and the closing remarks about the NOPD breaking up second lines, etc., while these criminals run free.

The First District had some success ending localized robberies in the Marigny by putting undercover cops in known locations.
When a group of youths is using a specific intersection, in fact, a specific ATM, to commit Robbery By Gang, it amazes me that the police there are waiting to see if "these incidents are connected".

Once again, apathy trickles down from the top. Until we see some responsibility from the Mayor, City Hall, the District Attorney's office and the Chief of Police, we can expect no better from cops on patrol.

We are apparently, as always, on our own.
