In one week's time of trekking from the Quarter up to Touro Infirmary, I saw: People coming to a stop at a red light before plowing through anyway; Drivers running stop signs; Drivers blocking intersections at red lights by pulling out in anticipation of taking a right turn. Not to mention the dad man I saw last Saturday, plowed down by an 18-year-old on O'Keefe Avenue. This shit is happening all over the place.
