The Word on the Street Was Right

Back on Wednesday, July 23rd, I posted about a possible break in the Robin Malta murder. The news today is that the suspected killer, Mark Ott, is in local custody.

The T-P just ran a photo with no real information.

We are hopeful the Malta family can soon begin to heal.

I want to thank you so much for posting this information updating on Robin Malta’s murder investigation. Very much appreciated. Robin was one of the finest young men I’ve ever had the pleasure to know and his many kindnesses will long endure. May his family know that people around the world have their eyes and hearts watching this case as there are people around the world who have been touched by my friend’s life and indeed by his death. New Orleans lost one of it’s finest citizens in Robin Malta yet he lives on in our hearts and minds!

I am not sure if you want to say the family will heal. I think that there will be alot of horrible open wounds once this all breaks open. Don’t go calling someone guilty before they have stood trial. He has not been convicted yet. OH.. Don’t forget… none of us were in that house the night of the incident the only thing we all know is what “he said, she said”. I feel very sorry for all involved in this case it will be very hurtful and shameful. My prayers go to all involved in the case.

@Sherry the exact quote was “We are hopeful the Malta family can soon begin to heal.” which is something completely different. The aspersions of guilt are also not present in Bigezbear’s post, perhaps you should give it another once over before responding again.

We all wish for justice and for Robin’s family to achieve some sort of peace, implying anything else is not only incorrect, it is also insulting. Not trying to be snarky, but those are the plain and simple facts.
