As a musician and song writer my self I can speak from experience of the mental pressures of being in the music industry. As musicians we are easily influence by our surrounding. With deadlines stressful event planning and the countless issue that a musician faces on a daily basis, it's easy to choose harmful activities as a stress outlet. I you look at the media today you will notice that a lot of the celebs are having issue attributed to stress.
