As musicians we are easily influence by our surrounding. With deadlines stressful event planning and the countless issue that a musician faces on a daily basis, it's easy to choose harmful activities as a stress outlet. I you look at the media today you will notice that a lot of the celebs are having issue attributed to stress. As a musician and song writer my self I can speak from experience of the mental pressures of being in the music industry. As musicians we are easily influence by our surrounding.
