Where Do You Fall?

And what about the neighbors you care about? Your mama? Your aunties? Your third cousin and ‘em? Who’s looking out for whom exactly?

It’s not Democrats who engage in class warfare. Maybe we should call it class strafing.

The graph does fail to note the total percentages each bracket will pay after the cuts, showing the largely disproportional burden those who have worked hard enough to earn higher wages will be forced to pay. I hope o work hard enough to be in a fairly high tax bracket before too too long, and do no like the idea of giving nearly half of the money that I spent years and years in school to potentially earn. (Its not just the time, because a masters degree in engineering isn’t easy to obtain) It is completely unreasonable to ask the hardest workers in the economy to pay the most in taxes. This is all assuming the wonderful mess that is congress would agree to either plan, which we all know wouldn’t happen. Remember, congress is the opposite of progress.
