Getting the audiocasting ready for Rising Tide 4 so please pardon the test. Hopefully the subject matter will at least entertain.

  1. Lloyd

I’ve only recently discovered this blog and I want to take this opportunity to say how much I enjoy reading both the blog and the comments. Although I don’t live in the Bywater or Marigny, I do live in Holycross and it’s right next door.

  2. Hey Lloyd, while a number of our current contributors are from the Bywater/Marigny area that is not the centerpiece of the website. For example, I am the founder and curator. I was raised in the Garden District and am proud of my uptown, Carnival family roots if not their politics.

We’ve had contributors from Chicago, Oregon, New Orleans East, Carrollton and other areas. I myself am currently living in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Local photographer Charlotte Diem, a dear friend and periodic contributor to the site is one of your neighbors. She and he soon to be husband bought a house in Holy Cross which was the site of one of our last outings before moving north a few months ago…

    We try.

  3. We come from all over to be up in here, Lloyd.
    Come on in.
