A chill wind in New Orleans,
Everyone awakes with fear.
Children peek out of windows,
Old folks crack open beers.
A green light ingites the sky,
A voice thunders in our ears.
This one is the big one,
We’ve dreaded all these years.
Buy that last bottle of Chartreuse,
And stock up on deviled ham,
Or flee this threatened place,
Get the hell out while you can.
Take heed Humid City,
This could be the end,
‘Cause Loki’s turning forty,
Say your prayers my friends.
