Well here it is, your Wed Recipe! A bit messy, but a classic. Next week’s Recipe will be a drink….

Recipe: NOLA Style BBQ Shrimp

Black Pepper, cracked
Lea and Perrins Worcestershire
Lemon Juice
Olive Oil
1 Lb. Shrimp

Place whole shrimp (with shells on) in a single layer in oven proof dish.
Drizzle olive oil on top, pepper shrimp until they are black. When you
think you have enough pepper add more. Add lots of salt, lemon juice,
Tabasco, and lea and perrins. Remember, you are seasoning through
the shells. Cut up butter on top and broil until cooked (15-20 minute)
