NO Bull: New Orleans Bulletin of Politics and Government-a site that seems to offer pretty cogent coverage of a number of issues related to the rebuild. As of today it’s topic is labor laws, a subject that bears scrutiny considering the reported number of illegal aliens entering the NO workforce. Next week when we return to NOLA I should have some first hand commentary on that same subject.
