Riverwalk Marketplace reopened today
The “Walk” will be open 7 days a week, 11 am – 7 pm.
There will be free parking with any $10 purchase for up to 3 hrs.
You can park in lot 36 (Whale Lot) adjacent to the Hilton Hotel or the WTC Parking Building.

Audubon Zoo will reopen its doors
There will be no admission for the Thanksgiving weekend
The Zoo will only be open on weekends until Spring


Saturday, December 3rd, 2005
Mid-City Neighborhood Organization Pep Rally
Mid-City Lanes Rock N Bowl 2-5pm
Admission: Free
Residents and neighborhood business owners are invited to an afternoon of music, refreshments, fun and friendship.

Artist Linda Berman has created an original piece to be raffled to benefit area artist and musicians. Prints will also be available for sale.

Come join your neighbors in an effort to unify and rebuild the “heart of the City” – Mid City.


French Market Tree Lighting Saturday December 3rd, 2005
The 40 piece chorale Shades of Praise will be featured at the candle-lit caroling.
The festivities will begin at 6pm at the Joan of Arc statue (Decatur and N. Peters Streets).
