If nothing else, I believe that we should be kept in the loop. There’s a whole lot around this town that smells real fishy since Katrina. (I know there was a lot of that before, but now it has that whole “dead refrigerator,” cache…)

  2. You’re right about the fishy smell. Thing is, it’s a lot of little stories that few people care about individually, but there’s lots of them.
