Meet Your School Board Candidates – Tonight!
From 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM tonight, at the Urban League of Greater New Orleans offices at 2322 Canal Street, a gathering of the many people who are running for positions on the Orleans Parish School Board will be held in order to address any questions/concerns the community has regarding our “system of schools.”
With Paul Vallas leaving in eighteen months or less, a flawed Facilities Master Plan on the table, and a whole host of other issues running through this city’s current educational landscape, I’m sure there will be lots to talk about.
