St. Claude Art District Tonight – A Clarification
 Tonight is the monthly Second Saturday Opening on St. Claude Avenue ( www.scadnola.com ).
The usual galleries will be open from 6pm – 9pm or later.
The Skull Club will be open from 9pm – midnight.
I recently received an email from Creative Industries, an art group listing the Colton School as their address, although Colton Studios is closing down, announcing St. Claude Art on Julia Street tonight, also from 6pm – 9pm. Although a few artists from the St Claude Art District will be showing there, this is in no way connected to the regular SCADNOLA Second Saturday Event, and in no way replaces it, as the email suggests.
 Members of the St Claude Art District have a standing agreement to include contacts to scadnola.com in all of their advertising. The fact that this was not done by the gallery or artists involved, and scadnola.com completely excluded from this email, should send a clear signal as to the legitimacy of the claim that this is truly the ‘Art of St. Claude Ave.’ on Julia street.
