There’s good intentions, there’s “seperation of church and state,” and then there’s this:

I don’t pretend to know what it’s like to be a woman, but I imagine if I was a female employee and my boss offered to wash my feet for “purely religious” reasons (or whatever), I’d probably burst into tears, run out into the street, and throw myself in front of a bus.
