As a community advocate, lunanola’s efforts contributed significantly to voter disapproval of the proposed French Quarter security district tax in 2010, prompted the overnight clean-up of Coca-Cola’s sidewalk graffiti advertisements in several neighborhoods during the NCAA Men’s Final Four competition hosted by New Orleans in 2012, and facilitated the failure of passage of “Hospitality Zone” Senate Bill 573 in the Louisiana Legislature in 2012.

As a resident of and unofficial lobbyist for the French Quarter, her future campaign headquarters will be Molly’s Irish Pub on Toulouse.
